The CRM underneath

The CRM comes with him.

MrKattappa isn't a bolt-on for a CRM you have to buy first. FunFlow CRM is the system of record, it's included at ₹1,000 per user per month, and there's nothing to integrate.

Why they ship together

One product, not an integration

Most WhatsApp sales tools sit on top of a CRM you already pay for. That means two subscriptions, an integration to configure, two sets of permissions to keep in step, and a support conversation that starts with working out whose fault it is.

FunFlow and MrKattappa are one product. The catalog he prices from is the catalog in FunFlow. The permissions he obeys are the permissions in FunFlow. When he says a quotation is numbered Q-20260728-004, that number came from the same system that will show it to you on the web.

The practical consequence is that nothing needs setting up. There's no API key to generate, no field mapping, no sync that can fall behind. You scan the QR code and start working.

What FunFlow holds

Your business, on the record

Contacts and companies

Who you deal with and where they work, with duplicates flagged when a new lead looks like someone you already have.

Your product catalog

Products and your prices, which is what quotations are built from — so a quote reflects your catalog rather than someone's memory.

Quotations, numbered

Drafted against the catalog, with rates, GST and totals computed by FunFlow itself.

A pipeline with stages

Leads become opportunities, opportunities move through stages, and deals close won or lost with the reason recorded.

Tasks and follow-ups

Real scheduled tasks rather than intentions — and MrKattappa pings you on WhatsApp when one is due, in IST.

Notes, attributed

Timestamped notes on the right lead or deal, carrying the name of whoever added them.

Two ways in

A screen when you want one

Voice notes are the point of MrKattappa, but they aren't the only way to work. FunFlow has its own web interface, and some jobs genuinely belong there — reviewing the whole pipeline at once, working through the catalog, or checking what a quotation actually says before it goes out.

So the split tends to settle itself. People capture on WhatsApp because they're standing in a warehouse, and review on the web because they're at a desk. It's the same records either way, under the same names and the same permissions.

Who this suits

  • Small and mid-sized Indian businesses that quote from a product catalog.
  • Teams whose selling happens away from a desk — distribution, trade, field sales.
  • Anyone who has bought a CRM before and watched it go stale.

Questions about the CRM

What is FunFlow CRM?

FunFlow CRM is the system of record behind MrKattappa. It holds your contacts and companies, your product catalog and prices, your quotations, and your pipeline from lead through to won or lost. It has its own web interface, and MrKattappa is how you reach it from WhatsApp.

Do I pay for FunFlow CRM separately?

No. FunFlow CRM is included at ₹1,000 per user per month — there is one bill covering the CRM and the assistant, priced per user with no setup fee.

Can I use FunFlow without WhatsApp?

Yes. FunFlow has a web interface, so anyone who prefers a screen and a keyboard can work there directly. Most teams end up mixing the two: WhatsApp when they are out, the web when they are at a desk.

Does FunFlow work with Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot?

FunFlow is Kattappa’s native CRM. If your team uses Zoho, Salesforce, or another tool with an API or Zapier connection, we can scope an integration for the actions you need.

Who calculates GST on a quotation?

FunFlow does. MrKattappa records what you asked for and FunFlow computes rates, tax and totals — the same result you would get raising the quotation by hand in the web interface. That keeps one source of truth for anything a customer or auditor queries.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Ask us and we will tell you plainly — write to contact@mrkattappa.ai. We would rather answer this before you sign up than after.
